Mom Alarm Clock Support
Support for the iPhone, iPad and Android apps
Before setup
- The paired workflow needs two devices, one for the parent and one for the child. Each can be an iPhone with iOS 26 or later, an iPad with iPadOS 26 or later, or an Android phone with Android 8.0 or later. The original iPhone app cannot pair with them.
- Install Mom Alarm Clock on both devices, choose the correct role on each, then follow the in-app pairing flow.
- Both devices need internet access for pairing and remote sync.
- The Android app is in testing on Google Play. It is not yet available to the public.
If an alarm or notification does not appear
- On the child’s device, check that notifications and sounds are allowed for Mom Alarm Clock: on iPhone or iPad in Settings → Notifications → Mom Alarm Clock; on Android in Settings → Apps → Mom Alarm Clock → Notifications.
- Check the child’s ringer and alarm volume, and any Focus (iPhone and iPad) or Do Not Disturb setting.
- Open the app on both devices and confirm the expected child, alarm time, active days, and roles.
- When contacting support, describe whether the alarm failed to appear, appeared without sound, or completed without updating the parent view.
Mom Alarm Clock is not an emergency or safety-critical alarm service. Mobile operating-system settings, connectivity, and device state can affect delivery.
